FAQ
What problems are prone to occur in the lead wire part of the winding motor rotor?
2 The position of the rotor lead into the deep hole of the shaft
When the rotor lead wire is drawn out through the deep hole of the rotating shaft, the inlet and outlet positions of the lead wire on the rotating shaft must be processed smoothly, without acute angles and sharp edges that cause the lead wire to be damaged, and a protective cover is added to the lead wire to prevent the relative movement of the lead wire when the motor is running; There should be no machined metal chips in the deep hole of the wire, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the lead insulation and lead to ground or phase-to-phase faults.
The rotor lead wire should be kept relatively parallel in the deep hole of the shaft without cross twisting deformation. In order to avoid such problems, the matching relationship between the diameter of the deep hole and the size of the lead wire is very important. When the hole diameter is too large, the lead wire enters the deep hole. The back of the hole is in a relatively free state, which leads to the continuous collision between the lead wire and the shaft hole wall when the motor is running, which is extremely prone to lead wire insulation problems.
For the connection between the lead and the collector ring, the wiring position of the collector ring should be improved to ensure that the lead wire is not subjected to excessive force and deformation during the connection process, especially for the rotor with the lead dipped in paint, the problem is more serious after the lead becomes hard.
