5.To Assemble the TV-Brush For shipping, the product is disassembled into 3 parts. So before using it, you need to assemble them together. Please use the screw(3) to join the TV-Brush scanner arm(1) and the Magnetic mounting bracket(2) rotatably together. As show below: 6.Mounting of the deviceOn a TV Display :As shown below, mount the TV-Brush on the middle-top of the TV display, with magnetic absorbing disks attached to the back of the display(most of the back cover of the TV displays are steel-plate).
It is recommended that the arm is about 15 to 30 degree elevation angle from horizontal:On a whiteboard:In the similar way, the TV-Brush can also be installed on a normal white board.The resting positionWhen it is not to be used for a time, you can rotate the arm to the resting position, so that it looks better and is more safe.
7.How to useConnecting to the hostAfter installation, connect the TV-Brush USB cable to your computer(A PC, notebook, or the smart TV with built-in computer, or even an Harmoney OS mobile phone).
You will hear two beeps and see the signal indicator blinks. These indicate that the device is connected successfully.
If you press the pen on the screen, you will see the signal indicator lighting coherently.
This means the device receives signal and is functioning. At this point, the cursor will move. But the cursor may not precisely follow the pen nib position.
It's is because a calibration is needed the fist time after installation.Coordinate calibration·Short press the red calibrate button on the front of the TV-Brush arm base.·Then you will hear a beep. At this point, the cursor guided 4-point calibration will be activated.·The cursor will first appear near the upper left corner and vibrate slightly.·Press the IR pen tip at the cursor position and keep still until you hear a beep from the sensor box.·This indicates the calibration of this point is finished. The cursor will move to the next point.·With the same operation, complete 4 points calibration.·Please note that a beep must be heard before you move to the next point.·After calibrating successfully, you will hear two short beeps. Then you can use the product.Remarks:1.Please complete the calibration of each point within 40 seconds. Otherwise, the system will automatically terminate the process.
2.Do not move the pen when you press on the point. The calibration is successful only when you hear a beep.
3.If you hear a long beep after calibration, it indicates that the data is incorrect.
It may be caused by the incorrect calibration order or large positional deviation.
If so, you will need to do calibration again.
4.If it keeps buzzing after pressing the calibrate button, it indicates a strong light is present in the camera view, you need to wait for the buzzing to end before starting to do calibrating.Wireless connectionFor application cases where the host (for example a notebook) is at a distance from the TV,
wireless connection is a good choice. For it to work, first connect the USB cable to an USB power adaptor, such as an USB charger, and connect the wireless dongle to the host's USB port. It will work as if the USB cable is connected directly.8.FQAQ: .Why doesn't the TV-Toucher fall when placed on a TV display/whiteboard?
A: The unique gravity distribution and support design enables the product to be self-stabilizing.
Q:.How to adjust the position of the support rod when installing TV-Toucher?
A: The support rod plays a role of backward-rotate stopping. Adjust its front and back position to change the balanced angle of the whole device and find a proper position to make the slide tube approximately vertical to the board surface. Accordingly, the front panel of the base is parallel to the surface.
Q:.Do I need to do calibration every time I start the device?
A:For the first time using, calibration is needed. You do not need to do it later if there is no positional movement between the device and the display.
Q:.How to avoid the deviation of the cursor position without calibrating again at later using after removing and re-installing?
A:The key is to ensure that the position and angel of re-installing is the same as the last time you did calibration. It is recommended to mark the installation position so that you can place the device at the same place.
Q:.Does the P21SC infrared pen hurt the TV display when writing?
A:The pen nib of the P21SC infrared pen uses self-lubricating and wear-resistant materials.Its hardness is much lower than that of the TV display surface. Besides, its design adopts a patented sensitive trigger mechanism. Therefore, it will not cause damage to the screen for normal use. But please keep the screen surface and pen nibs clean for the reason that dust may cause abrasion. Q:.What are the main differences between P21SC infrared pen and normal infrared pen?
A: 1) P21SC infrared pen adopts patented omni-directional trigger mechanism. Both axial and lateral press can trigger its lighting on. Compared with normal axial triggered pen, drawing with P21SC infrared pen is more natural and fluent.

A:Unlike other similar products, the TV-Toucher has processing chips inside. So when the TV-Toucher is connected to a computer through USB, the computer can recognize it directly and perform the appropriate action, similar to a standard mouse plugging into a computer.
Q:.What operating systems does the TV-Toucher support? Why my Android system can't work with TV-Toucher?
A:In principle, any operating system that supports standard USB multi-touch devices can be used with TV-Toucher. In some Android products, the corresponding driver modules are removed to simplify the system. So it can not recognize TV-Toucher.In this case, re-install the system and make sure the corresponding driver modules is instald.
Q:.Can TV-Toucher be connected wirelessly?
A:The standard configuration of the TV-Toucher series is wired.But the whole range of TV-Toucher series can support wireless connection. This is benefited from that the product performs image processing with all hardware, and only low-rate coordination data is communicated. This is different from the normal "USB camera + software" products.
Q:.How to choose the model of the TV-Toucher?
A:TVT-60 is designed for 50~60 inch screen. TVT-80 is designed for 60~80 inch screen. TVT-100 is designed for 80~100 inch screen. TVT-120 is designed for 100~120 inch screen. But actually it can be downward compatible. For example, the TVT-60 also can be used for 45 inch screens. The disadvantage is that the arm is relatively long and not good-looking. In addition,there may be loss of the resolution. For the best performance,it is better to choose the recommended model.
Q:.Why is the writing position inaccurate?
A:There are several possible reasons: 1.If the whiteboard is not flat, the position of the convex and concave portion will deviate. 2.The position of the pen was not accurate when doing calibration. 3.The display area is not complete especially when the computer is connected to the projector or LCD through a VGA cable, please check and adjust the display resolution.
Q:.Can I use the product when there is strong light?
A:This product is for indoor use. If the sunlight directly shines at the screen, it may interfere with the reception of the pen signal. Thus the device can not work outdoor.
