1. Furnace body: the frame of the furnace body is welded by profile steel and steel plate: bottom is 12# , baseboard is 6mm steel plate, shell is 3mm steel plat, panel is 12mm steel plate and sand launder is 6mm steel plate.
2. Furnace cover: it is welded by profile steel and steel plate and it is filled with apyrous cellucotton. In consideration of the handiness and the cost of the furnace cover, it is easy to open the furnace cover which simulates the Crane's operating principle.
3. Furnace liner: this part is made from aluminosilicate fibre cellucotton. Modules are high quality macrofiber blanket. It leaves some place for swell to ensure that every module swells to different direction, making all the modules turn into a whole without space and reaching the aim for good heat storage.
4. Frame loader: adopts 8mmSUS321 stainless steel plate. There are 2 lifting lugs on the frame loader, which is convenient to be lifted.
5. Heating element: Adopts advanced wall structure, high radiation efficiency, to strengthen the furnace heat exchange, improve the thermal efficiency of the furnace, and prolong the service life of electric heating elements. Heating element adopts Shougang resistance band (0Cr25AL5) and hangs in the furnace wall mount (ceramic screw). The installation and maintenance are very convenient.
6. Control Systems:adopt standard control cabinet. The master system control cabinet adopts international pop vertical cabinet. The surface of the Control cabinet is painted in the color of beige or the same color as computer. The electronic control panel is equipped with ammeter, voltmeter, temperature controller, temperature recorders.
