Installation Procedure
Step 1: Align the handle with the hole and insert the fixed shaft
Step 2: Put the chain through the hole in the middle of the shaft
Step 3: Push down the handle and pull out the spring compression iron bar
Step 4: Pull the chain to the end and stick the nut at the notch of the swing rod
Step 5: Insert the bolt and bend it
Step 6: Push the handle to the boost gear and you can use it

Matters Needing ATTENTION
Please read the following precautions before using the hydraulic truck
1, Unfamiliar personnel prohibited operation.
2, When lifting and moving heavy objects, be extra careful, all relevant personnel should be at least 600mm away from the frame.
3, Please do not exceed the rated load when using. When moving heavy objects, make sure the object is properly balanced.
4, Heavy load, must maintain the two fork uniform force.
5, Do not single fork side force, so as not to damage the frame.
6, Heavy load, do not travel on the ground with large fluctuations.
7,Do not tilt the ground to load heavy objects, so as to avoid danger.
8,Do not use in a particularly humid or corrosive environment.
9, The removal car is not allowed to transport personnel.

Maintenance Precautions
1, the normal use of the truck cylinder does not need to add hydraulic oil, do not add hydraulic oil!
2, when the truck is not in use, please reduce the fork to the minimum.
3. When leaving the factory, all bearings and shaft rods of the truck have been added with lubricating oil. If used in corrosive places, such as chemical industry, electroplating, aquatic products, cold storage, catering, etc., or the truck is placed outdoors for a long time, lubricating oil or rust remover should be added to the place where lubrication is required every month. If it is due to the poor use of the environment, resulting in rust at the active axle rod of the frame, the empty car can not fall down, and it is not within the scope of warranty because of improper maintenance!
