3. Do you offer free samples?
Normally, we need to charge customer sample fee. If their subsequent orders can reach to a certain quantity, we will return them the sample fee.
4. What customized services do you offer?
We can supply customized sticker, usage manual, color box, customized cartons, logo laser/pad printing etc...
5. Delivery Time?
3-5 working days for sample, 15-30days for bulk order.
6. What is your warranty?
Defective rate of Ginto led light is less than 0.5%, please don't worry in case you encounter product problem. Contact us with clear photos or video, we will send new lights in your next order after evaluation.
