Extrusion Line 16-63mm Small Diameter PVC Twin Pipe Making
we have different models of PVC pipe making machine for making different PVC pipe diameter.It is mainly used to produce all kinds of UPVC pipes for agriclutural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage and cable laying etc.
Changing some parts can also produce M-PVC pipe, C-PVC pipe, inner spiral wall pipe, inner hollow wall pipe, formed core pipe. Conical twin screw extruder and parallel twin screw extruder for choice.
The production line is developed with the advanced technology of West Europe by our company. The main machine is SJSZ 51/105 or SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder is equipped with double-tube single-control stainless steel spraying calibration. It avoids waste condition when one tube is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double drawing machine and cutting machine are combined with the front double calibration technology to make operation more flexible. Let you enjoy economic benefit which is brought by spearate-control double-tube extruding.
The machine with energy efficient conical twin-screw extruder and through special mould one-time extrusion two piece of PVC pipe, effective energy conservation, can improve the production and efficiency, save land and labor costs.
