Description

It is mainly used for upper respiratory tract infections, tonsillitis, biliary tract infections, lymphadenitis, cellulitis, chronic bronchitis of the elderly, etc. caused by sensitive gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacilli. It is also used to treat typhus and chiangella. Oral: 0.1g once, twice a day. The first dose can be doubled if necessary. Children over 8 years old: the first dose is 4mg per kilogram of body weight; afterwards, 2 mg per kilogram of body weight each time, twice a day. The general course of treatment is 3 to 7 days. Prevention of falciparum malaria: 0.1g per week; prevention of lenticularis: 2 times a week, 0.1g each time.
