Product introduction
The MCF-10 dry immunofluorescence quantitative analyzer uses an ultraviolet light LED as an excitation light source. When detecting, the test sample thoroughly mixed with the buffer is added to the sample hole of the test card, and the analyte in the sample is subjected to chromatography. An immune complex is formed during the process. When the test card is inserted into the immunofluorescence analyzer, the light source is irradiated to the detection area and the quality control area of the detection card to excite the attached fluorescent substance, and the emitted light is collected and converted into an electrical signal, the strength of the electric signal and the number of fluorescent molecules. Strictly relevant, the analyzer automatically scans and calculates the amount of analyte in the sample to be tested and automatically prints the report. The product is easy to operate, small in size and fast in detection. It is widely used in various animal breeding stations, hospitals and pastures to carry out rapid clinical diagnosis of animal epidemic antigens, antibodies, inflammation, endocrine and breeding.
