3.FAQ Q: How do I tell what kind of battery is my product used with ? A: Please take a look at the battery body.if the normal voltage of your battery shows as 3.2V,the battery will be LiFePo4.If the normal voltage of your battery shows as 3.6V or 3.7V, the battery will be Li-ion or Li-polymer battery. you can also ask battery manufacturer the material of battery.
Q: Can I use this protection circuit board for my battery? A: Can use this protection circuit board, or not? There are 2 questions: How much cells in series is your battery pack? The protection circuit board you need to buy must be same cells in series as your battery pack. Q: What material is your battery? A:Only the LiFePo4 battery has different electric parameter from other battery, so if you need buy the protection circuit board for LiFePo4 battery , Please let us know firstly. Q: Do we need cell balance or not? A: The function of balance : Since battery is made of many pcs of cells in parallel and in series, the cells can't be the same as no two people in the world is the same , so can only put in group with similar performance is not without balance function Q: Do you have Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ)? A: It depends, different customer have different requirement ,We can provide various capacity and size as per your requirements,Also ODM / OEM is welcome.
