4.1 Loading table |
The loading table is composed by transmission rollers, driving system and iron frame. The rollers are made of rubber, with stable transmission and preventing scratching during transportation. Transmission is controlled by converter motor. Inching,stepping or running with ceramic rollers can be optional. Glass length detection device is designed in the table, which can be achieved overall process under monitored. Besides, there is a set of pneumatic lifting device for big size glass. It is convenience to load this big glass from sideways. |
4.2 Heating chamber | |
The structure of heating chamber: The shell of heating chamber is composed by section steel and steel plate, both ending are installed with heat-resistant stainless steel chamber door and on/off by pneumatic. For the convenient maintenance, the heating chamber is vertical type up/down structure, with 1 set electric up/down device. The interior chamber is made of aluminum silicate plate and thickness is 230mm. Heating elements: SHOUGANG 0Cr21A6Nb. Space indicated points set in the chamber which exposes each area working status. | |
Driving and transmission: The heating chamber transmission adopts double round belt, orthogonal setting, which can ensure the stable running. High quality ceramic rollers are installed inside, which has good resistance on fast temperature changing. The glass will run reciprocate on the ceramic rollers inside the heating chamber, its travel range and reciprocate period can be automatically adjusted by length testing detection device of the control system, which ensure the heat inside chamber is absorbed by glass evenly. | |
Heating elements and temperature control: Heating elements and temperature testing elements are installed inside the chamber. They are separated to many regions, each region controlled by computer independent. The heat-resistant alloyed heating elements are fixed by heat-resistant support which can increase its service life and easy to replace. | |
Blower convection system: The convection system is composed by: 6 sets of convection blowers on top. There are many spray booth on the air pipes. Air is transmitted through by the blower convection, and then spray on the glass surface from air pipe. The flow and time of this high temperature air could be controlled, to satisfy different heating parameters. According to the real requirement, the air pressure is also controlled sectionally (The convection motors are controlled by frequency converter). |
4.3 Flat quenching section: |
4.3.1 Loading glass with set dimension size and it will through into heating chamber. After the glass absorb enough heat for tempering, it will come out from chamber quickly and transferred to quenching section with oscillating traverse for cooling. Air pressure need to be adjusted as requirement for producing different thickness. Glass will be transferred to unloading table and unload after cooling. |
4.3.2 Pass Section Pass section is design for 4mm glass, use 2 blower for cooling glass. When 4mm glass come out from heating chamber, big blower will open to quenching glass in pass section, after few second, big blower switch off and small blower on, glass transfer to cooling section for cooling. Advantage of pass section is 4mm glass can be full loading area, so production will be 50% higher than only use one bigger blower but half loading area. What is more, this design can be lower installation power and 60% energy saving for quenching. Quenching and cooling section lift system independently can automatically adjust the distance between upper side and down side as best effect for glass. |
4.4 Unloading table |
Unload table is similar with loading table and its rollers with twining aramid fiber and rubber rollers. Beside, for heavy glass. Consult heavy glass convenience, iron frame can rise and fall by pneumatic device, so operator can load glass by side easily. |
4.5 Blower system |
The blower mouth is connected by soft pipe with air collecting box (plenum box), which can vibration isolation. In air box, air pressure and flow being well distributed. Air will be transfer to up and down air grid, come out form nozzle to temper and cooling glass. |
4.6 Electric control system |

4.7 Alarm system |
Monitor the equipment running status. If there is something wrong, the furnace will alarm automatically. Besides, we could also monitor all the motors working status. If the motors damaged or power off, it will alarm (Including up/down motor of heating chamber,up/down motor of quenching section, blower cooling fan etc). Also for monitoring computer working status. For example: it will alarm if the computer shut down. Same as the heating fuses: if the fuses are abnormal, automatic alarm will remind and cut off the power. |

Note: All the size are based on millimeter and production are calculated by 5mm float glass at 80% loading rate and 100% finishing rate.
