Q1. What's your MOQ? Does other color available?
For the first cooperation, The MOQ is 5 pairs per model, so that you can check the quality. And once confirm it, you can place a bulk order.
Well, shoes can come in other colors.
Q2. Can you print our LOGO on the shoes or box?
Of course, it's no problem to print your Logo on shoes or boxes. OEM&ODM are welcome.
Q3. Do you give any discount?
Yes, we offer a significant discount to our customers when they make a bulk order.
Q4. Can I get a free sample? If it's not free, can I get refund when I place an order?
Customers need to pay the sample fee and delivery cost. As you know, hundreds of our clients ask for samples each Month, it's a heavy burden for us. But the sample fee will be refunded the time when your place a bulk order. And our partners do not need to pay sample cost. Samples are dispached within 7-10 Days.
Q5. Do you have products in stock?
Most of our exporting products are produced according to customer's requests, regular time within 15-20 days . we also have small quantity of shoes in stock.
Q6. How about your quality guarantee period and after-sale service?
We offer 3 Months of warranty. During this period, if there aresuch problems: for example, unglued and rubber sloe broken, we promise all the shoes will be returned at our expense.
Q7. What's your port of loading?
Most of the ports in China are supported. E.g. Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Shanghai etc.
