Picking a suitable actuator is more complicated than you think.
For example, have you ever considered that the surface roughness of piston rod matters?
We have to control the rod roughness that is not only for a smooth touch but could
decrease the wear of seal rings which means it comes with longer-period waterproof
protection. As you know water or moisture is a ruthless killer for any electric product
once it creeps in. One unit of actuator is composed of hundreds of parts and any slight
change could bring 'butterfly effect'.
Would you allow us to help?
Though we have done a series of lab tests trying to simulate various of working environment
as much as we can, the applications are way more than we thought. Below table you can find
a couple of questions which are very important. Our 10+ members of engineers could give
suggestion which model is right for you based on the info you offered.
