Kafan Vibratory Polishing Deburring Trough is applicable for polishing , deburring, finishing, rounding and bright burnishing for all kinds of parts in large qualities and medium or large size. This machine features a complete line of vibratory troughs. Typically the parts to be processed are placed in the trough individually. Isolating several parts within one machine can be accomplished by using an optional divider plate or several divider plates. 

Features of Vibratory Polishing Deburring Trough

1. This tumbler with a trough shape takes up less space than a bulky barrel-style vibrating machine.

2. Wear-resistant polyurethane lined in the vibratory tub to avoid collisions on the machine wall and reduce the working noise.

3. With high-frequency vibration and regular movement in all directions, the cutting force is stronger and the grinding force is uniform.

4. The tumbler is easy to clean and remove the used media particles and parts after the tumbling process is complete.

5. A vibratory trough could handle a variety of load sizes from just a few parts to providing effective deburring or polishing on a large scale all the way.
