PE PPR pipe production machine/line, PE PPR water supply pipe machine, PE PPR Gas and water supply pipe machine: Specially-designed spiral molds  for PPR pipes, with inside oil controlling temperature system. plastic machine ,  Extruder adopts big L/D and multi mixing structure, which is more suitable for the PPR low temperature extrusion production. with inside oil controlling temperature ,beautiful and practical stainless steel body for the vacuum calibration and spray cooling system, unique multi-section vacuum system ensures the stable sizing and cooling for pipes; special spray cooling system improves the cooling efficiency ; special
water position, water temperature system make the machine more intelligent ,Hauling-off unit adopts particular pedrail structure, which is easy and convenient for operation; pedrail clamping uses mechanical and pneumatic combining system, which is more reliable. Cutting system adopts saw blades and planetary cutting means;  sumping uses hydraulic system , which ensures the smooth cross section; equipped with dust-collecting unit, which ensures the clean working environment .The  unit is of reliable performance and high production efficiency .

PIPE  APPLICATION:
Diameter 16mm-630mm series PE/HDPE pipe extrusion production line is mainly used in the manufacture of plasticPE/HDPE pipes with various diameters and wall thickness used in the industried such as agriculture and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc, it also named PE/HDPE/PP/PPR Pipe Production Line, PE/HDPE/PP/PPR Pipe making machine.

This PE/HDPE/PP/PPR Pipe Extrusion Line is composed high efficient single-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul off, cutter and stake etc. The extruder and haul off adopt imported AC frequency control device, vacuum pump and haul off motors adopt high-quality products. The haul off methods are two-claw, three -claw, four-claw, and six-claw etc. You may choose saw blade cutting type or planetary cutting type. It is additionlly attached with length counter and intensifying device. This line is of reliable performance and high production effeciency
