1) OWT-1011 γ- ray thickness gauge/ gamma-raythicknessgauge

OWT-1011 thickness gauge adopts Am-241 isotope ray source and γ- ray ionization chamber as detector. The instrument has functions such as thickness display, data communication, zero degree full scale adjustment and error compensation. This thickness gauge is used with one-way, reversible, continuous rolling mills. It can realize the online detection, real-time reflection of thickness changes, easy to manual operation in the production process.


2) OWT-1011-2 X-ray thickness gauge

The OWT-1011-2 is an X-ray thickness gauge adopts an imported X-ray tube instead of an isotope source. It is safe and controllable in open, stop and turn off with no radiation output. An X-ray ionization chamber is used as the detector. The meter has functions such as thickness display, data communication, zero degree full scale adjustment, and error compensation. This thickness gauge is used with one-way, reversible, continuous rolling mills. It can realize the online detection, real-time reflection of thickness changes, easy to manual operation in the production process.


3) OWT-1021 γ- ray thickness gauge

The OWT-1021 is a γ-ray isotope thickness gauge is with a closed loop function.
 Its system uses a high-performance industrial control machine as the host to process the C-frame measurement system and simultaneously outputs the thickness deviation signal to the post-adjustment (AGC). The industrial display is used as the operation interface to implement man-machine dialogue, real-time display and transmission of various data, and parameters modification. The thickness gauge is used in conjunction with a one-way, reversible, continuous rolling mill with a rear-adjusting hydraulic AGC.


4) OWT-1031 X-ray thickness gauge

OWT-1031 is an X-ray thickness gauge specially developed by our company on the basis of OWT-1021 γ-ray isotope thickness gauge. It uses imported X-ray source instead of radioisotope. Features: Use open, stop and turn off with no ray output, safe and controllable. The thickness gauge has a closed loop function.
