LASWIM MULTIFUNCTION DEHUMIDIFIER OPERATING PRINCIPLE
LASWIM multifunction dehumidifier is specially developed for the indoor swimming pool, such as large indoor athletic pools, competition pools, commercial pools and hotel pools, etc. Combining multiple functions of dehumidification, pool water heating, pool room cooling and heating , heat recovery and indoor air handing in one unit by intelligent integration control, it is also called air handing unit.(AHU)
The system recycles the heat captured during dehumidification to heat the air or water while the air system effectively absorbs heat from the exhaust air stream, perfectly solve the problem of high humidity and high chlorine diffusing in the pool room. It is energy-efficient by conversing the operating modes according to the seasonal changes, and reduce the pool operating cost while providing a optimum space and water conditions.
When the recycled heat is insufficient to meet the room temperature requirements in cold winter, the auxiliary heating coil can help to eat the indoor room air. As long as the dehumidification system is provided with the necessary operating electric power, it will operate in a continuous cycle and compensate the heat lost of the pool water. In this way to balance the functions of humidity control, water/air temperature control and real time fresh air requirements.
DETAILS OF HIGH QUALITY COMPONENTS
1. High quality compressor
International famous brand, with precise energy stage settings, ensure the working unit to achieve the desirable energy saving effect, high efficiency, durable and quiet operation.
2.ECO-friendly refrigerant
ECO-friendly refrigerant R410A or R407C, no emission of pollutants, no greenhouse effect and no ozone layer destruction.
3.Intelligent touch control system with real color display
Adopts precise and intelligent control system with high protection level (IP65) touch screen. Various control options are prepared, can contact signal or Modbus RS485 protocols for easy operation and convenient management.
4.Detachable modular integrated design and superior casing
The panel is made of GI steel and special anti-corrosion treatment (epoxy coating) is conducted. The middle layer of the panel is PU foam with light weight, good rigidity, and thermal conductivity. The base is made of channel steel, and the frame is made of aluminum alloy which cold bridge effect is avoided. Adopts detachable modular design, which is more fashionable and robust to suit different site conditions.
5.Titanium in PVC heat exchanger
With excellent corrosion resistance and good heat exchange effect.
6.Hydrophilic film aluminum foil evaporator
The corrugated fin type heat exchanger with superior performance greatly increases the heat exchange area and improves the heat exchange effect. The fin is treated with hydrophilic corrosion resistant film, for strong corrosion resistance and long service life.
7.Outdoor condenser
The standard outdoor condenser is air cooled condenser, water cooled condenser is available according to the project requirement.
8.Removable and washable air filter
The system is equipped with removable and washable air filter, which is non-toxic, non-allergic and anti-bacteria. The aluminum alloy mesh is staggered and overlaid, to effectively filter the air entering the evaporator, with the features of non-rust, non-corrosion, high precision. high efficiency and easy to clean.

The refrigerant system and the air duct system are independent and separate, to prevent the corrosion of the heat pump by chlorine-containing air.

Equipped with high quality and famous brand scroll compressor, thermal expansion valve and other critical electronic components, to ensure a stable and high efficient operation.
6.New air treatment technology : using plasma sterilization and AOT to remove DBPS(optional)
Advanced photocatalytic oxidation(AOT) technology is used to remove disinfection by-products(DBPs) such as ammonia nitrogen and other volatile organic compounds(VOCs) from indoor air, to eliminate air pollution and inducement of asthma in natatorium.

*Temperature protection: excessive exhaust temperature protection, compressor high temperature protection, hot water overheat protection;

*Testing condition: ambient air temperature 29ºC, relative humidity 65%, pool water condenser inlet water temperature 26ºC, outlet water temperature 28ºC, outdoor temperature 32ºC.
*Pool water condenser: if cooling or heating capacity is insufficient, auxiliary cooling/heating coil can be selected according to the actual heat exchange demand. The cooling capacity is calculated as inlet water temperature 7ºC, heating capacity is calculated as inlet water temperature 60ºC.
*External residual pressure can be adjusted as required.
*Outdoor condenser can be set to a water-cooled condenser according to user's requirements.
*The unit structure can be made into split structure according to user's requirements.
