1. Introdudction of the automatic small dog food extruder :
* The small dog food extruder is widely used for producing hig-grade food pellets for pet like dog,cat, bird and fish,catfish,shrimps,crat etc.
* The dog food is nutritionally endowed and delicious for pet.
* According to your requirement and production scale, the small dog food extruder can be classfied into dry type machine and wet type machine.
2. Raw material for making dog food :
The raw material to make dog food can be: Flour,corn starch,rice bran,meat meal,bone meal,fish meal,soybean meal etc.
Fitness: about 60-80mesh which were crushed and mixed.

1).After the material is sent into feeding device, they will be pressed by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized.
2).Then the pressed material will be formed into pellets by shaping mould.You can change different moulds to make pellets with different diameters.After that a cutting device will cut the formed pellets into different length as required.
5. Features of the small dog food extruder :
1). Pellet size from diameter 1mm-12mm just by changing the mould.
2). High temperature and high pressure cooking process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the food pellets easily to digest.
3). The cutting device can make pellets of suitable and different length.
4). We can provide whole dog food production line.
5). The extruder could also make floating and sinking fish feed.

You can make different kinds of dog food with different shapes only by changing the molds. We can send extra four molds to you.
