The control system has many functions such as manual,helical winding(automatic),and hoop winding(automatic or semi-automatic),forward and reverse winding,emergency stop and stepless speed regulation.On the status of stepless speed redulation,no influence to the roving arrangement,no system halted,the running of trolley is stable,linear closure(the accurcy deviation of the roving arrangement is±0.5%),positioning is precise without drift.The man-machine interface is reasonable,once the parameter is input,the computer can finish the design of the winding movement,then control the complex movement of the rotating speed of the mandrel and the running of the trolley.
The computer control system will be made the strict debugging prior to leaving the factory.And it must pass the24hour-long running and monitoring.
