Brief Description:

Epoxy resin and polyester resin are adopted as main raw material. It has excellent decoration and mechanical performance and 

good corrosion prevention of epoxy and polyester.

1Excellent adhesive force, impact resistance and surface hardness, flexibility, adhesive force and other mechanical performance. 

2 High luster, good flow leveling and good apparent result of coating film. 

3 Excellent chemicals resistance and corrosion prevention performance.

4 Be more excellent than heat-resistance and light resistant stability of pure epoxy powder.

Usage:

1Corrosion prevention and chemicals resistance product: oil pipeline, water pipe, valve, agricultural equipment and automotive 

parts etc.

2 Electric insulation product: mechanical & electrical equipment, shell of instrument and motor rotor etc.

3 Furniture, goods shelves, office products, security door, safe case and health and fitness facilities etc.

Product series:

1Can be made into product with each brilliance and color; specific color and brilliance should be designated by users 

2Can be made of sand grain, wrinkles, textured, chewy texture, hammer texture, moire texture, point spread texture, imitation stone effect, metal effect, wood effect, antique effect and many other art textured effect.

Application:

---Curing condition: 200°C*10mins / 180°C*15mins / 160°C*20mins/ (Actual temperature of working piece).

---Spraying mode: High voltage electrostatic spraying: 60-80 KV.

---Film thickness: 40~150 microns, recommended 60~80 microns.

---Average coverage: 10~12 sqm/kg, thickness 60 microns (calculated in 100% utilization)

Physical Properties:

---Specific gravity: 1.2~1.8g/cm3 (due to different formulations and colors vary).

---Particle size:  Standard for average particle size 35~40 microns, more than 70 microns and smaller than 10 microns under 5%.

Package

Carton packing with liner of double polyethylene bags, Net weight 20kg each.

Storage and shippment

The product must be stored in ventilated, dry and clean room with temperature below 25oC, Keep it away from fire, heat,and direct sunlight. Outdoor stacking is prohibited. Avoid rains and exposure to sunshine during shipment. The period of validity is 6 month under above condition. Expired products can not be used unless re-testing result meets the utilization standards.
