Refining: The cooked tomato mixture is passed through a refining machine, which removes any remaining seeds, skins, or other unwanted particles. This helps create a smooth and uniform consistency for the ketchup.

Pasteurization: To ensure the safety and longer shelf life of the ketchup, it is pasteurized by heating it to a specified temperature for a specific duration. This kills any harmful bacteria or microorganisms present in the product.

Cooling: After pasteurization, the ketchup is rapidly cooled to bring its temperature down. This helps prevent any further microbial growth and maintains the quality of the product.

Packaging: Once cooled, the ketchup is ready for packaging. It can be filled into bottles, jars, or sachets, depending on the desired packaging format. The containers are then sealed, labeled, and prepared for distribution.

Throughout the tomato ketchup processing line, various quality control measures are implemented to ensure the final product meets the required standards. These may include monitoring temperature, pH levels, viscosity, and taste.
