PTFE skived Sheet is manufactured by technique of compacting, sintering, rotary cutting with PTFE granular resin. It has good dielectric performance and non-aging, best anti chemistry corrosion ability and wide applying intension range.

PTFE molded shet is manufactured by molding process with PTFE regular resin and sintering.It is very suitable for seals,lining,diaphragm,spacer guide and bearing pad for bridge.

Main Features

1.Heat resistance property---It is able to wok stably between -180°C to +260°C.
2.Excellent non-sticky property---It easier to remove those resin, dopes, oil and other sticky things.
3.Good mechanical property with no distortion and low friction coefficient.

5.Materials like carbon, graphite and glass fiber can be filled.

PTFE resin,filled with some filling stuff,can prolong the life of products and strengthen the performance,eg:Graphite,Carbon ,Glass fiber ,bronze

Glass Fiber:

Increases compressive strength, rigidity and wear.
Reduces creep and cold flow
Minimal effect on chemical and electrical properties

Carbon:

Increases compressive strength, hardness, wear, and load properties.
Good chemical resistance
Various types and amounts of carbon can be added to alter conductivity

Graphite:

Reduces coefficient of friction
Reduces initial wear
Increases strength

Molybdenum Disulfide:

Increases hardness, stiffness, and wear
Minimal effect on chemical and electrical properties

Bronze:

Increases hardness and wear resistance
Increases dimensional stability and compressive strength
Not suitable for corrosive or electrical applications


Applications
1.Besing stuck to the heating up flat to reduce the friction.
2.Used in wrapping the cables under high voltage and high temperature.
3.Being used in sealing the electronic parts.
