How should I process the order?
Please email us and provide us the specification as much as possible such as paper napkin's dimension, quantity, material, package, etc, if customized design, provide us the design art-work as well. According to your request, we will quote you precise price.
What can I do if I cannot provide such detail specifications?
Please send us the information as much as you know. We will make a price for your reference which based on our experience. If you really have no idea of the specs or custom designs, please try to find some photos of the products
Can I get samples?
Yes. We can send you free samples but you might have to pay the shipping cost.
Can you make sample for custom design?
Yes. We can make the custome design samples but you might have to pay the sample charge.
How long does it take to make sample?
It's about 3 to 7 days
What's the production lead time?
It depends on the quantity. It varies from 10 to 30 days.
