Pneumatic OD-Mounted Pipe Cutting and Beveling MachineOur Product Production Description The series machine is ideal for all types of pipe cutting, beveling and end preparation. The split frame design allows the machine to split in half at the frame and mount around the OD of the in-line pipe or fittings for strong, stable clamping. The equipment performs precision in-line cut or simultaneous cut/bevel, single point, counterbore and flange facing operations, as well as weld end preparation on open ended pipe.
Production Features- Driven by pneumatic motor. The transmission mechanism of special design can bear the cutting action of high strength. Can work with 0.6-0.8mpa gas source.
- The machine is a portable external installation cutting groove machine, simple operation, the radial space is small .
- The machine is easy to use, simple maintenance, small installation space, convenient and fast installation for cutting or groove processing in complex pipeline series, wide processing range.
- Mainly used in flammable and explosive dangerous workplace, the use of safe and reliable.
- Power supply: 0.8~1.0 MPa,1000~2000 L/min.
