IC card prepaid water meter is the new measuring instrument employing the microprocessor to realize water collection, processing, display and reserving. It is a kind of smart water meter. Compared with traditional way, it can control user's overspend  by prepaying for an IC card.

2. in the upper zone from qt inclusive up to and including qs is ±2% (hot water meter is ±3%).
