The number & letter balloons have self sealing valves. Once inflated the balloon will stay up for over a week. The balloons can be filled with air to attach to any surface.
The balloon will come flat and need inflating after you receive it.The balloon sold without Helium.
This balloon is used to decorate, couldn't fly even inflate helium.
