XN-M412 series steam turbines are single-stage back-pressure steam turbines. The flow passage adopts a double-row compound speed stage. The turbine speed is 1000-3000r/min and the output power range is 300-3000KW. The governing system adopts a mechanical hydraulic governor, electronic governor, or electro-hydraulic governing system, and the lean oil station concentrates on compulsory lubrication (or self-lubrication of oil throwing ring). The arrangement can be either single-layer or double-layer.
The outstanding advantage of XN-M412 series backpressure steam turbines is that they are directly connected with the dragged equipment (blower or circulating water pump) with the working speed of 1000r/min or 1500r/min, and the working speed of the steam turbine is 1000r/min or 1500r/min (the normal speed of the steam turbine is 3000r/min, and the gearbox is reduced to 1500r/min and connected with the dragged equipment), thus eliminating the gearbox and the gearbox.
