GRANULATED CHEVRON CONVEYOR BELT 

Product property

Chevron conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. The shape and height (dept) of patterns is subject to the material it conveys and the angle of the machine. On the surface of the belt there is a part higher than the belt body.

For granulated chevron conveyor belt, there are some granuar patterns higher than the main belt, which leads some caved-in holes on the surface. The shape of the caved-in hole can be square-hole, rhombic and wove type, but square-hole is more popular.

Protuding-granulated chevron is applied to convey those material of soft packages and needing gripping power. Caved-in hole granulated pattern can convey the materials with the degreee of no more than 45 degrees.
