This wideband Power Amplifier module is working for L&GPS RF bands, model type: PWR-GPS-WB with aluminum case, it need operating on heatsink.
This product are using GaN technology that is able to cover the superwide bandwidth, power range can be customized maximum 56dBm. PA are equiped with over-high VSWR and over-high power protection to avoid/reduce the damage from any misoperation. I/O Port is compatible with DB9 serial port.
More function and parameters are avaiable to customized according to actual requirement.
