Fiberglass composite geogrids is the composite of fiberglass geogrid combined with nonwoven fabric or geotextile. It installed between two asphalt layers, the main function is to reduce reflective and fatigue cracking, reduce rutting, extend pavement structural life.

Nonwoven fabric: 20g/ 30g/ 50g/ 80g/ 100g

Installation
After spray application of tack coat comprising approx 0.6-1.2kg/m2 bitumen emulsion(with 70% bitumen content, depending on surface conditions) the reinforcement grid is unrolled flat and without folds onto the base. Where several sheets are laid, these should be lapped by 25cm in the direction parallel to the pavement centreline and by 15cm in the perpendicular direction.
All our composite is unrolled with the help of a simple system, operated either manually or for larger widths, by vehicle.
