A(Stainless Steel)-Series Pneumatic Actuator
  • 316L, 316, 304, and 303 stainless steel actuators have an electrolytic polished appearance, which is smooth and beautiful, and has strong corrosion resistance. They are suitable for engineering environments with high corrosion resistance requirements.
  • Double piston rack and pinion design, compact structure, symmetrical installation position, easy to change output shaft rotation, long service life, and rapid action.
  • The back of the piston rack is equipped with composite bearings and guide rings, which provide accurate movement, small friction coefficient, and extended service life.
  • Combined pre loaded plated spring with long service life and strong corrosion resistance.
  • High precision gear and rack, small meshing clearance, high accuracy, and large output power.
  • Stainless steel fasteners, safe and beautiful, strong corrosion resistance.
  • Dimensions according to international specifications:
  • Output shaft groove and screw hole; The size of the top mounting hole meets the NAMUR standard;
  • The size of the air source interface meets the NAMUR standard;
  • The size of the bottom mounting hole complies with ISO5211 and DIN3337 standards,
  • Convenient to install accessories such as solenoid valve limit switches.
  • Operating Media: Dry or lubricated air, or inert/non-corrosive gas, impurity particles in media less than 30um.
  • Aupply Pressure: 2 bar ~ 8 bar
  • Installation: Both suitable for indoor and outdoor.
