1. Heat preservation material of the vessel adopt high-temperature resistant and anti-aging polyurethane blister or per cotton. 

2. Volume Specification: 100L-30000L or to be designed and manufactured at customers'actual request.

3.According to your product, we can configure with different mixing tool, if low viscosity product, need high speed mixer, if high viscosity product, usually high speed mixer with low speed mixer to meet different process. 

4.To choose the right machine will greatly advance your production efficiency and production quality.

Machine setup and commissioning
 
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, place the equipment according to plane layout we offered. We will arrange seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test production at the same time make the equipment reach the rated producing capacity of the line. The buyer need to supply the round tickets and accommodation of our engineer, and the salary.
