Description

Zinc bacitritide is a complex formed by bacitritide and zinc ions. It is a polypeptide antibiotic and is the most widely used antibiotic feed additive at present. The zinc content is generally 2% ~ 12%. The synthetic product is white or slightly yellow powder, has special odor, is easy to moisture as weak alkaline substances, soluble in water, methan, ethan. Zinc bacitracin has strong antibacterial effect on gram-positive bacteria and some gram-negative bacteria.

Zinc bacitracin is mainly used as feed additive to promote the growth of livestock and poultry, prevent and control bacterial diarrhea of livestock and poultry, and prevent porcine dysentery caused by treponema. Zinc bacitracin is almost not absorbed by internal administration, most of it is excreted with feces within 2 days, so it is not easy to remain in livestock and poultry products; Bacteria rarely develop resistance to bacillus peptide, and no cross resistance with other antibiotics, and with penicillin, streptomycin, neomycin, aureomycin, polymyxin and other synergistic effects. This product is toxic and cannot be injected. It is contraindicated with olaquindox, kitasamycin, virginiamycin and enrapamycin.

Zinc bacitracin is a polypeptide antibiotic, which has bactericidal effect on gram-positive bacteria. Its mechanism is mainly to inhibit the bacterial wall synthesis of bacteria, and it can also bind with the cell membrane of sensitive bacteria, damage the integrity of the cell membrane, and lead to the outflow of important substances inside the cell. Effectively inhibit gram-positive bacteria and some gram-negative bacteria; The resistance rate of fine bacteria to zinc bacillus peptide was slow and there was no cross resistance between them and other antibiotics.

Any Zinc bacitracin, polypeptide antibiotic, inhibition of pyrophosphate fat (lipid pyrophosphate) to phosphorylation, thus inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell walls.
