Q1: Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We have our own factory and trading company.
Q2: Can you send me your products catalog with price list?
A:. E-Catalog of showing products style is available to offer for your reference. Since specific items results in varies price,please kindly inquiry us with your detailed item.
Q3: How can I get some samples?
A: It depends on the sample is available or not, regular or customized. Small samples in store can send immediately and free, Customized sample usually takes 5-7 days and not free
Q4: How about your delivery?
A : Generally, sample in 5~7 days, bulk order in 15~45 days, ship by air or by sea, please contact us for final confirmation.
Q5. How do you pack our items?
A : Your items will be well packed by sea-worthy export standard wooden package, or by customized.
Q6. What's your price term and payment term?
A : Price term: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. Payment term: Cash, T/T or L/C. Deposit for bulk production is required. Installment payment for engineer project shall be negotiated.
