4. Technical Description :

4.1  Coil Trolley : it is used to transfer the material coil smoothly to the main shaft of the decoiler, and to lift the material end when drawing the material, so that the material strip can enter the straightening machine smoothly. The platform trolley is equipped with anti-dumping baffle  for material coil, which can effectively prevent the material roll from toppling and falling.

4.2 Straightening Rollers: coated with hard chrome through grinding process, HRC60±2;

4.3 Direction Feed Roller: the surface through hard chrome through grinding process; The height of  wheel can be adjusted independently for changing the direction of discharge,  up or down.

4.4  Auxiliary rollers: the surface thickened with plating hard chromium grinding treatment, HRC60 + 2;

4.5 Feed Rollers : 2 pieces , the surface through Plowland sand-sprayed electroplating hard chromium processing , HRC 60 + 2;

4.6  Wheel driven system : side gear driven , adopt full drive structure straightening  rollers and feed roller with  power driven , all gear adopt nitriding and hard grinding  reach grade 6 precision standard;

4.7 Outlet supporting device: the supporting rack is equipped with the imported wear-resisting flyer wheel,  to ensure the reliable transmission of the strip into the mold press with fixed length .
