	1.The industry's leading plasma slitting machine solves the defects of traditional flame cutting burrs;

Standard Warehouse

You can also choose our standard warehouse and configure your building in 3D on our website qdyili.en.made-in-china.com as following steps.

	1. The overall optimized roofing system stabilizes the main frame structure.  A Reduce the use of bracing bar.  B Compared with other manufacturers normally use more than 4 models of the purlins, we just use 2 models optimized purlins on our steel structures, which saves much shipping space and processing cost.
	(2)  All the Purlin cleats and main steel structure bolts are versatile, which not only makes it more easier for installation, but also save a lot of shipping space.
	(3)  The use of our new model Purlin cleat bans the traditional (welding cleat on the beam&column), which avoids the bending after the collision and saves much space during transportation.
	(4)  We have the exclusive patent on rigid support, which replaces the flexible support brace.  Our rigid support makes the entire roofing system more stable while saving Knee-Brace compared with traditional steel structure.
	(5)  The built-in galvanized gutter replaces the external gutter, which has good waterproof effect and promotes the roof system to be more stable while replacing the tie rod. It is more stable and cost effective,  what's more the appearance of the entire house is much better.
	(6)  Our Sliding Door, we use single sliding door to replace double sliding door on normal steel structure.

Installation

Our new type steel structure is more convenient to install, 2,000 square meters can be completed within 1 week by 5 workers.

 

1) The main steel frames(structure) are all connected by high-strength bolts, no need on-site welding. Its' installation is similar to building blocks.

(2) Totally 2 types of purlins will be used on roof and the walls of our Steel Structure.  (there are at least 4 types of purlins will be used on the roofing and walls by other manufacturers.)  So it can be constructed more easily without further distinction.

(3) The combination of Chemical bolt and chemical glue bans the complex steel cage foundation structure in traditional steel structures, making on-site construction more convenient. The columns are easier to align so that the steel structures are at the same level.

(4) The architectural installation drawings are easier to understand and can be installed in conjunction with theinstallation video, reducing the cost of assignments.

 

Extension

All our steel-structured houses can be extended on the original frame.


(1) The holes are reserved on the column of our steel structures, and the way of bolt connection makes the expansion more convenient in future.
(2) The installation and location of the our roofing purlins make expansion and construction easier in future.
