Performance Characteristics
1. Pneumatic lubrication pump is driven by air pressure controlled by solenoid valve. The pressure is controlled by the air pressure input. It is intermittent oil supply, no input voltage and no electronic box. Its structure is simple and not easy to damage.
2. PHA start-up lubrication pump is resistance type (no pressure relief valve). The oil quantity can be adjusted at 0-8cc each time. The clockwise rotating oil quantity increases and the counter-clockwise rotating oil quantity decreases. It can be used with various open (through) distributors and proportional joints.
3. PHB pneumatic lubrication pump is decompression type. Its advantage is quantitative oil supply. It needs to be matched with volume distributor. The flow rate of each outlet hole is the same among the volume distributors. For example, with DPB and MO distributor, MO oil for action time, LT distributor oil for intermittent.
4. With floating switch, i.e. liquid level detection device, the standard specification is for the lower power-on contacts, that is, when the oil volume is too low, it can automatically send signals, or it can choose the power-on contacts, which should be noted when ordering.
5. Pressure gauge device, according to customer needs, can check whether the pressure is normal.
6. PHA/PHB pneumatic lubrication pump, oil outlet can be equipped with pressure switch.
7. The tank capacity is more than 3L. Oil tank partition can also be selected, magnet will have a filter (can be inserted directly into the pipe phi 4, phi 6), the order should be noted first.
8. PHA/PHB pneumatic lubrication pump has small flow rate, which is suitable for mechanical equipment with small flow rate. It is generally used for knitting machine, sheet metal machinery and so on.
