2LTLZ60 asphalt paver is suit to pave asphalt material. It is widely used for the construction of highway, urban road, plaza, and parking lots etc.
Strong powered, compact and with easy operation, mechanical driving. The machine uses double hydraulically telescoped screed and auto leveling sensor device. 2LTLZ60 asphalt paver can pave the road with good leveling and high density. The vulnerable parts use advanced wearable material to secure the performance.

2,Scraper and distributor independent
Independent operation for L/R conveyor and distributor, easy operation. Distributor is stretched by mechanical to sure the spreading, distributor blade is made of knock-down antifriction material, convenient replacement to ensure the life of distributor.
3,Wide eyeshot and removable operation platform
All the control elements centralize on operation platform, easy operation, operation platform can be removed to right and left that can reduce workload of operator and improve efficiency, guarantee quality of paving.
4,Automatic leveling device ensures that smoothness of road
Automatic leveling device satisfied the grade criterion of freeway, immediate control and convenient. It can avoid invalid fill of mixing material to lower cost of construction.
5,Stretching screed
Iron plate can be sleeplessly stretched to change the width of paving layer conveniently. So the time of putting iron plate together is reduced.
6,Lubricated automatically by lubrication centralized device
Drive system The machine is driven by mechanical and hydraulic, flywheel is connected to transfer case, the front is connected to double pumps, supplying power for mechanism below:
1. Track traveling devices
2. Conveyor device and distributor device
3. Tamper
4. Lifting and falling screed, folding hopper and action of cylinders
Traveling device: It is made up of transfer case, gear box with two grades, traveling clutch and chain.
Driven chain gear travels with Wheels.
Loading mode :Six wheels bear the weight of the whole machine, front wheels are two solid wheels, rear wheels are four pneumatic tires
Steering: The traveling clutch is controlled by hydraulic cylinder, and it can rotate itself with the brake.
Hopper: The capacity is 12tons and controlled by hydraulic cylinder to be cleared.
Push roller: It is used to push the back wheels of the loading truck with material.
Conveyor: It is independently driven, clutch for conveyor is controlled by hydraulic cylinder, power is transferred by chain-wheel to drive scraper.
Electric system: It has 2 batteries, system voltage is 24V.
Canopy: It is consisted of steel tube and cloth.
Automatic leveling units: It has two longitudinal and one transversal equipment, used for automatic adjustment of slope and grade.
