5)Q: What's the trade term and payement term?30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal & Cash. Can
be negotiated.
6)Q: May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.
7)Q: What about the lead time?It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
8)Q: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
9)Q: What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 6 to 8 workdays of express delivery. 30 to 60 workdays by sea.
10)Q: How do you compute the shipping charges?We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. when quote.
