Product Features:

• Double oil cylinder, precise four-column automatic balancing two-link mechanism, cutting error of each cutting position within ±0.1mm.
• When the cutting head is pressed down, it will automatically slow down before contacting the cutting tool 10mm. Two-stage pressure is applied. When the upper working plate is pressed down to the cutting tool, it will turn to be flexible and cut off, thus reducing the size error between upper and lower layers when cutting multi-layer materials.
• Single and double-sided automatic feeding mechanism and automatic lubrication system, PLC computer touch screen program control, simple operation, less failure rate, uniform cutting force, can improve work efficiency.
• Microcomputer control system can store multiple groups of memory according to the cutter mold form needed for work. When changing the cutter mold, it is unnecessary to set the cutter mold again [Option].
• Using imported hydraulic system and Taiwan, Japan electrical appliances matching, power saving, low noise, simple operation.
• Central automatic lubrication system, without the worry of damage of parts caused by manual negligence, is equipped with external oil circuit system and equipped with water cooler [option], which can provide sufficient heat dissipation, effectively maintain blanking force, and extend the service life of the machine.
