MT-W series laser welding machine using Nd3 +: YAG solid-state laser, after beam expander, reflection (or optical fiber transmission) , the pulsed laser focused on object to be welded, workpieces can hand-held or fixture with clamps , Then the laser trigger footswitch effect on the workpiece, moreover, it also can be an external control system for automatic welding. Frequency, pulse width, table speed, the moving direction of the pulse laser welding controlled through a computer, the power of the laser frequency, the pulse width can be adjusted to different settings to control the laser pulse energy.

A: Our engineer will do training online. If needed, we will arrange for our engineer to your factory for training or you can send the operator training in our factory.
Q: What's the package, will it protect the products?
A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden cases free of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered with foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic film.
