How to use balloons?
Prepare a wave ball
Hand pinch the edge of the balloon,horizotal,vertical pull each pull twice.

Use a hydrogen gas bottle or inflatable equipment to inflate the wave ball through the gas port
When filling to the lowest dimension near the mark,slow down the rate of inflation,and then add the appropriate amount to the appropriate size.
