1.Q: Do you have MOQ ?
| A: In the first order we will not require you for the MOQ and from the next order the MOQ is 20 units,you can mix many models in one container |
2.Q: If i need one sample do I need to paid for it and how long will I get the sample ?
| A: We will prepare the sample for you within 5 days, the sample cost and air freight will be paid back when we get a 40HQ container from you. |
3.Q: If I have special require on color and logo can you do that ?
| A: Any colors you prefer for we can changed the color as your requirement,and also we can put your logo or mark on the chairs. |
4.Q: What is your terms of payment ?
| A: We can accept TT payment or the LC at sight payment. |
5.Q:How long will the cargos take for delivery?
| A:It will take us around 25-30 days to finish all the production. |
6.Q:Do you provide the warranty ?office chair
| A:Yes we are the factory which focus on the products quality, we always provide 2-3 years guarantee to our customers. |
