The forming board is the first element under the net of the chest roller of the paper machine, which plays the role of water removal to support the net and control the net section. The Forming board is composed of the box body and the panel, the box body is made of stainless steel, the panel is divided into: UHMPE panel, alumina ceramic panel, zirconia ceramic panel, glass micro crystal panel. According to different paper machines, different kinds of paper, different speed, customers can choose different panels.
