1. Application:

The LPG Cylinder residual liquid recovery device is used for the recovery of the residual liquid of LPG cylinder. It adopts the negative pressre method, which uses a vacuum pump to draw the residual liquid, and pumps the pressure in the gas-liquid separator to a negative state. Then enter gas liquid seperator, and then draw the residual gas through the pipeline into the nozzle for combustion

• Off-Loading Cylinders - Unload all LPG Cylinders that require re-validation after visual inspection process.
• De-Canting - Transfer all LPG Cylinder gas content to other LPG container to begin re-validation process with empty cylinder.

  • Guard Ring and Foot Ring Repair
  • Grinding of the Guard Ring and Bottom Ring for making these parts ready to welding in the next steps
  • Foot Ring and Guard Ring Production
  • Extremely damaged Foot Ring and Guard Ring of the cylinders are re-produced in order to get high success on re-validation process
• Heat Treatment -  Heat treatment of the existing cylinder body to clean the outer surface to make it ready to paint.
• Hydro Static Testing of LPG Cylinder - Hydro static testing of LPG Cylinder to check pressure resistance under extreme conditions compared to the usual pressure of the cylinder
• Stamping - Stamping of the test date to the proper place on LPG Cylinder. It depends on the adopted regulation of the manufacturer company
• Shot Blasting - LPG Cylinder is shot blasted with a proper sized blasting material. Shot blasting cleans the surface for the painting operation
• Zinc Coating(optional) - will provide corrosion protection for LPG Cylinders and it will increase lifetime of LPG Cylinders.
• Powder Coating - Powder coated on the LPG Cylinder surface with manufacturer's RAL coded color.
• Drying - Drying the LPG Cylinder paint.
• Pneumatic Testing - Pressurized air is applied into the LPG Cylinder to check any leakage from the valve.
• Purging the Air - Inside of the cylinder must be eliminated of air. It should have some free expansion area for enabling gas inside of the cylinder.
• Quality Control Inspection - General overall quality of the LPG Cylinders are inspected.
• Dispatch - LPG cylinders dispatched to their respective customers.
