Acesulfame-K powder is white crystal or crystalline powder, odorless. It has a strong sweet taste, quick sweetness, and lasts slightly longer than that of sucrose, with no unpleasant aftertaste. The sweetness is about 200 times that of sucrose. It does not absorb moisture in the air and is stable to light and heat.
