2)Cynarin, an active chemical constituent in Cynara, causes an increased bile flow. The majority of the cynarin found in artichoke is located in the pulp of the leaves, though dried leaves and stems of artichoke also contain cynarin.
This diuretic vegetable is of nutritional value because of its exhibiting aid to digestion, strengthening of the liver function, gall bladder function, and raising of HDL/LDL ratio. This reduces cholesterol levels, which diminishes the risk for arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Aqueous extracts from artichoke leaves have also shown to reduce cholesterol by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase and having a hypolipidemic influence, lowering blood cholesterol. Artichoke contains the bioactive agents apigenin and luteolin.
Function:
1.Increase bile production in the liver, increase the flow of bile from the gallbladder, and to increases the contractive power of the bile duct. These bile actions are beneficial in many digestive, gallbladder, and liver disorders.
2. It used to mobilize fatty stores in the liver and detoxify it, and as a natural aid to lower cholesterol.

FAQ
Application Area:
Uridine 5-Mophosphate Disodium are produced through the hydrolytic reaction from Ribonucleic acid(RNA) as raw material by enzymatic catalysis to form four kinds of nucleotides 5- 'AMP (adenosine-5'-monophosphate), 5'-GMP•2Na(guanosine-5'-monophosphate, disodium salt), 5'-CMP(cytidine-5'-monophosphate)-, 5'-UMP•2Na (uridine- 5'-monophosphate,Disodium salt) .By the chromatographic isolation, four kinds of separated 5'-nucleotide products with high purity can be obtained. These products can be widely applied in medicine, reagent, fine chemical industry, and additive of food fields etc.
