Pneumatic welding machine
Overview:
DN series pneumatic spot welding machine and projection welding machine are a new generation of spot projection welding machine with pneumatic compression and stepless adjustment, which is launched by our company on the basis of fully researching the theory of resistance welding machine and applying new electronic control device. The following features:
1. Pneumatic compression can greatly reduce the labor intensity of operators.
2. Dedicated precision controller, internally equipped with pre-pressing time, pressurizing time, welding time, holding time, resting time, effectively reducing spatter and making the formation of nugget more stable.
3.The welding current is steplessly adjusted, with a network voltage compensation function, and the welding point is more controllable and consistent.
Structure:
This series of spot welders and projection welders are composed of a box, a welding transformer, an electrode arm, a cylinder and a gas circuit system, an electrical control system, and a cooling system.
1. Box body: It is the main structure of the welding machine, welded by angle steel and steel plate.
2. Air circuit system: It is composed of air filter pressure reducer, solenoid air valve, and cylinder. The electrode pressure can be changed by adjusting the pressure of the pressure reducing valve body. The cylinder stroke can be adjusted or not.
3. Electrode arm: It is divided into upper and lower poles, respectively connected to the coil, and the electrode tip is installed at the end. The shape can be changed according to the requirements of the workpiece to facilitate operation.
4. Electrical control system: consists of anti-parallel SCRs (thyristors) in the chassis and a controller.
5. Cooling water system: consists of water inlet and outlet ports, transformer secondary cooling water pipes, and electrode arm cooling water channels.
