[Product introduction]

The main component of this product is modified polyacrylamide derivative, which is used for the thermosol dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics with disperse dyes. It can prevent the migration of dyes in the process of thermosol dyeing, solve the defects such as color spots, yin yang surfaces, rain like stripes on the cloth surface, and improve the fixation rate and dyeing fastness

[Performance Characteristics]

1.It can prevent the migration of dyes in the process of thermosol dyeing;
2.It has good level dyeing and deepening effect, and can increase fixation rate by 10% - 20%;
3.It can avoid the defects such as color spots, yin and yang surfaces and rain like streaks on the cloth surface;

Thermosol dyeing of polyester and its blends with disperse dyes.

[Reference Process]

Padding method: disperse dye 10-50g / L
Anti migrate agent 20-30g / L

Dip rolling working solution -- pre drying (100%) -- baking (process conditions depending on dyes) -- washing -- drying and heat setting

[Packaging and Storage]

120kg plastic drum (lined with plastic bag);
It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heating and exposure. The shelf life is 6 months.
