Summary
On load tap changer tester (OLTC dynamic resistance measurement tester) is a comprehensive measuring instrument for measuring and analyzing the electrical performance indexes of power transformers and on load tap changers of power transformers. It adopts computer control, and through special designed measuring circuit, the transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, three-phase synchronism and other parameters of the on load tap changer can be realized. The user can directly measure by the tap switch lead wire according to the requirement and the field condition, and also can be measured by the transformer, the three-phase bushing and the neutral point direct connection.

The instrument has the functions of analyzing, storing and printing the measured data. The method of measuring the load tap changer of power transformer is backward, and there is no special test means. It is important to diagnose the potential faults of on load tap changer in the preventive test of power equipment and the overhaul of transformer, which is of great significance to improve the reliability of power system operation.
