Introduction


Wire and cable fire resistance and Hammer Tester according to GB/T 19216.11-2003, GB/T 19216.21-2003, GB/T 19216.23-2003, BS 6387-2013 standard research and development production, used for flame temperature not less than 830ºC, and exert a certain impact vibration, Test instrument for line maintenance integrity. Can test cable A, B, C, D class flame retardant performance; Wires and cables that are difficult to catch fire and have the ability to prevent or delay the spread of flame usually refer to those that can pass the GB/T18380.3(equivalent to IEC60332-3) test

8.Strip burner (same as spray test) (shared with fire-resistant combustion test stand)
9. Test temperature 600~1000° (A grade 650°, B grade 750°, C and D 10 grade 950°)
11. Temperature measuring thermocouple diameter is less than 2mm (shared with fire-resistant combustion test stand)
12. During the test, the current of each phase cable is 0.25A.
 
Spray test device (optional)
1. Adopt propane or natural gas burner, adopt integral 400mm long strip burner.
2. Combustion test temperature: 650±40°.
3. The diameter of not greater than ⊄ 2 thermocouple temperature measurement.
4. Water supply pressure of spray head: 250~350Kpa, water spraying volume of test product: about 0.25~0.3L/S.m2.
5. Test length: about 400mm.
6. During the test, the test cable is energized through the isolation transformer and connected to the 3A fuse or circuit breaker, as well as the on-off signal light indicating each phase of the cable.
